This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of Whroxxenxychuner online tutoring services.
Session Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule a scheduled tutoring session with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with proper notice will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee. The fee amount will be deducted from any refund or applied to your account balance.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation, the session fee will be charged and no refund will be issued. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you cannot attend a session.
Refund Requests
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the session date or purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Program Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your enrollment in a multi-session program, you may do so within the first 14 days for a full refund. After this period, refunds will be prorated based on sessions completed.
Technical Issues
If a session cannot be completed due to technical issues on our end, you will receive a full refund or a complimentary rescheduled session. We are not responsible for technical issues on the student's end.
